Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Customers who select our Subscribe & Save option agree to receive recurring deliveries at the selected frequency and price displayed at checkout.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your customer account or by contacting us at support@yourbrand.com.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Subscription Changes
You may modify, pause, or skip upcoming subscription orders through your customer account, subject to availability.
Billing
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.
Refunds
Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
